Looks like Christmas Morning

Abby Opening Presents

Cleaning Up After Opening Presents

This past weekend my family celebrated Christmas because my sister and her husband are up from Connecticut. It was a good time for the most part and it kind of put me in the Christmas mood. Not enough to want to listen to Christmas music, decorate or put up a tree. But in the mood to except that Christmas is almost here....

I was so happy I was at your house right after your Christmas in November because I had JUST decorated that day and you were saying I was crazy and it was soo soon- but there I was in your living room watching Cars, (which is awesome- thanks for making me watch it) and I was enjoying the CHRISTMAS TREE lit up by the tv. Now THAT is early. For a tree. But I loved it and I was certainly in my element. Feliz Navidad!

Paul, I can answer that...Gray started calling my bro-in-law chopper because of his side burns...which you can see in the first pic of this post (he is the guy on the left with big chop side burns)...does that answer your question?

Hey, I've been weirdly "Scottish" lately - ("Albannach" in Scottish-gaelic) so here is a quote from a letter from Robbie Burns (and you know how I feel about him!) to a friend sent on Christmas morning more than 200 years ago:

This, my much-loved friend, is a morning of wishes - accept mine - so
heaven hear me as they are sincere! that blessings may attend your
steps, and affliction know you not!
